4. Products

InkRide™ makes reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, colors, designs, sizes, materials, and details as accurately as possible.

However, we do not guarantee that product colors, appearance, fit, texture, placement, or design details will appear exactly the same on every device, screen, lighting condition, or skin tone.

Actual product appearance may vary due to:

  • Screen settings.

  • Device display differences.

  • Lighting.

  • Photography.

  • Production batches.

  • Skin tone.

  • Fit and stretching of the material.

  • Customer body shape or size.

  • Normal manufacturing variations.

Minor differences in color, fit, appearance, or design placement are not considered defects.

5. Product Use

InkRide™ products are wearable items designed for personal styling and visual appearance.

Customers are responsible for using products properly, safely, and according to any instructions provided.

InkRide™ is not responsible for damage, discomfort, dissatisfaction, misuse, improper handling, improper washing, stretching, tearing, alterations, or use that is inconsistent with the intended purpose of the product.

Customers should inspect products before wearing or using them.

Once a product has been worn, washed, stretched, damaged, altered, or used, it may no longer be eligible for return unless required by applicable law or unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.


6. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An order is not fully accepted until payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed.

InkRide™ reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order where permitted by law, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Stock unavailability.

  • Suspected fraud.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

InkRide™ reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product errors, discount errors, or availability errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including product price, shipping fees, taxes, duties, and any other applicable charges shown or applicable to your purchase.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

InkRide™ may use third-party payment processors to securely process payments.

InkRide™ does not directly store full credit card or debit card numbers.


8. Taxes, Customs, and Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

InkRide™ is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, refused customs clearance, or additional fees charged by local authorities.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties, import taxes, or local fees, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, disposal costs, carrier fees, or other non-refundable charges.


9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

All processing and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

InkRide™ does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays.

  • Customs inspections.

  • Local postal service delays.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Failed delivery attempts.

  • Customer absence.

  • Holidays.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address.

InkRide™ is not responsible for shipping issues caused by customer error, incorrect information, failed collection, refused delivery, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.


10. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking information shows that a package was delivered, InkRide™ may consider the order delivered unless additional evidence indicates otherwise.

InkRide™ is not responsible for theft, loss, disappearance, or misplacement of packages after the carrier marks the order as delivered.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer should check with household members, neighbors, building reception, mailroom, local carrier, or local delivery office.

InkRide™ may review the case, but a package marked as delivered does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.


11. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Limited Warranty

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, defective product claims, and our 90-Day Limited Return Guarantee are governed by our Refund, Return & Limited Warranty Policy.

By placing an order, the customer agrees that returns and refunds are subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Products must meet the return conditions described in our Refund, Return & Limited Warranty Policy to be eligible for return.

InkRide™ reserves the right to reject returns that are used, worn, washed, damaged, stained, stretched, altered, incomplete, or not suitable for resale, except where required by law.


12. Order Cancellations

Order cancellation rules are governed by our Refund, Return & Limited Warranty Policy.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been processed, packed, assigned to fulfillment, or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.

If the order has already shipped, the customer must wait for delivery and follow the applicable return process if eligible.


13. Discounts, Promotions, and Offers

InkRide™ may offer discounts, promotional codes, bundles, limited-time offers, or special campaigns.

Promotions may be modified, suspended, or cancelled at any time without prior notice.

Discounts and promotional codes:

  • Must be used before checkout is completed.

  • May be limited to specific products, dates, countries, customers, or order values.

  • May not be combined unless expressly stated.

  • May not be applied retroactively after an order is placed.

  • May expire at any time.

InkRide™ does not guarantee that any product will remain available at all times.

We may limit quantities, discontinue items, replace products, or cancel orders if stock becomes unavailable.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, InkRide™ may offer a replacement, store credit, cancellation, or refund depending on the situation.

Opening a chargeback does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
